10. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 

10.1 Wix Studio AI

Used for generating social media content. No visitor personal data is transmitted.

 

10.2 ChatGPT (OpenAI)

Used as a supporting tool. No personal data of customers, employees or visitors is entered. If required, only anonymized or pseudonymized data is used.

11. TOMCO Reports App

 

TOMCO-PERSONAL AG operates the “TOMCO Reports App” for temporary staff. Employees can upload photos of work reports.

 

Processed data includes:

 

  • Employee identification data

  • Photos of work reports

  • Timestamps and metadata

  • Login credentials

 

Legal basis: fulfillment of employment or staff leasing contracts. Data is encrypted and stored securely. Retention complies with legal requirements.

 

 

12. Third-Party Content

 

Our website may include third-party content (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube). Displaying such content requires transmission of your IP address. We have no influence over possible storage of IP addresses by third parties.

 

 

13. Data Minimization
